因為成日都有人問特區護照同BNO簽証問題﹐所以開個post將特區護照同BNO免簽証國家list出o黎﹐方便各位查閱。 (唔知以前有冇人post過)

根據英國駐港領事館網頁(Visa free access for BN(O) passport ), Zambia是Visa fee的, 誰不知入境時要付USD65美金, 那裡入境counter還寫明BNO passport和其他passport的不同費用(e.g. HKSAR)

最後用了HKSAR入境, .....因為HKSAR的VISA fee只需USD20....

當我們到Lesotho入時, 又出現相反現象

根據特區護照免簽証國家一覽 (入境處網頁), Lesotho應是VISA free的, 但當地入境人員表示特區護照沒有簽證不能入境

Why didn't you check the website of the immigration department of the countries concerned before you travelled?  :p  You could use the print out from their websites to show the immigration officer that you don't need a visa.  Oh well, they just want to rip you off.  hehe

"Since 19 January 2007 the following Schengen countries offer visa-free entry for UK passport holders bearing the nationality British National (Overseas) up to 90 days: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden."

BN(O) passport holders still require to apply for a visa to enter Austria and Portugal.

我覺得每個旅遊的人士都應該有責任直接向當地了解入境安排
而唔係只信你的國家給予你的資料

因為入境安排係你目地的國家決定而唔係你的國家

呢個故事教訓香港人, 唔好咁似小朋友要家長 (政府) 揍啦

The problem is with the immigration official, and they haven't seen much of the HKSAR passport (plus it looks so much like a PRC passport so it doesn't help), and as a result, they "thought" HKSAR passport needs visa. Think about that, there are only 7 million people in HK, and most countries officials don't know a clue about this passport. I have also heard of HKSAR passport holder got rejected into Morocco due to without visa, even though Morocco is officially visa-free for HKSAR passport.

To have a higher chance of not getting rejected entry, the best is to enter the country through airports. Most of the time, airports immigration staffs knows the immigration rules the most and less likely to make mistakes.

It is a shame, but I am sure if more HKSAR passport holders visit Lesotho, then immigration staffs will knows better about the rules and will give HKSAR passport visa-free entry more likely.

即係世界上的正常概念係, 一個國家只有一種普通護照的

就係入境處個網站, 錯漏百出, 又或者唔會作出一些提醒, 就等我講下我發現的問題啦:

1) 好多國家係收費落地簽證, 入境處冇提及, 我絕對相信會有市民誤會以為免簽或落地簽就等於免簽, 但事實係有可能仍然要收費
2) 有部份國家係與中華民國建交的, 呢 o的國家, 唔一定承認香港護照或者如果護照被
3) Benin: 當地官方網站冇話過免簽
4) Brazil: 當地官方網站話尚未免簽, 雖然入境處網站有講, 但免簽數目竟然包括 Brazil
5) Burkina Faso: 當地官方網站冇話過免簽, 而且請小心, Burkina Faso 係與中華民國建交的
6) Burundi: 當地官方網站冇話過免簽
7) Cape Verde: 要簽證
8) Central African Republic: 當地官方網站冇話過免簽

没错!至少伊朗(机场落地签),吉尔吉斯(比什凯克机场落地签),阿塞拜疆(巴库机场落地签),埃塞俄比亚(阿的斯阿贝巴机场落地签),巴林(玛拿玛机场落地签) 入境處網站就没提到.

另外为安全起见,大家到呢的所谓免签国家前,我会建议大家叫呢的国家既领事馆给你写封信,证明特区护照到呢个国家免签.
